What you can download
We provide four PDFs:
| Download | What it contains | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 30-Day Study Plan (PDF) | The day-by-day schedule from our 30-day plan, with tick boxes, daily question targets and two mock-exam days | Candidates with a strong recent clinical base |
| 60-Day Study Plan (PDF) | The week-by-week schedule from our 60-day plan, with weekly mixed blocks and two mocks | Part-time study alongside work |
| 90-Day Study Plan (PDF) | The 13-week schedule from our 90-day plan, with three mocks and a weak-area week | Working doctors and those returning to study |
| Blueprint Checklist (PDF) | Every heading and topic from the official content outline, grouped by the seven disciplines with weights, plus the competency table | Tracking coverage in any plan |
How the study plan PDFs are built
Each plan allocates time to the seven disciplines in proportion to the official blueprint weights: Internal Medicine 20%; Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Surgery and Family Medicine 15% each; Psychiatry and Public Health / Preventive Medicine 10% each. Every plan includes a timed baseline, regular mixed blocks and full-length mock exams. The schedules and targets are our recommendations, not official guidance, and you should adapt them to your own baseline.
How to use the blueprint checklist
The checklist is the most flexible download because it works with any plan, including your own. It lists topics exactly as they appear in the official outline, so you can tick each one off three times: once after reading, once after practice questions, and once after your final review. It also shows the competency weights, for example diagnoses and investigations at 25–30%, so you can check that your notes cover investigations and first-line management, not just presentations. Remember that the outline is not exhaustive and that questions may include content outside it.
What each study plan PDF includes
Every study plan download follows the same layout so you can switch plans without relearning the format:
- A cover summary with the official discipline weights and the difficulty mix (40% easy, 40% moderately difficult, 20% difficult).
- The schedule table from the web page, with a tick box for each day or week and space to note your score.
- Daily or weekly practice targets, marked clearly as our recommendations.
- Mock-exam days with a short review checklist: score by discipline, competency behind each miss, and pacing.
- An error-log template with columns for topic, reason for the miss and the rule that would have got it right.
- An exam-day checklist based on the official rules: passport and/or Emirates ID, arrival time (no entry if more than 10 minutes late), and travel to the Al Ain test centre.
Pair the downloads with practice
A plan on paper only helps if it is backed by practice. Each PDF links back to the matching EMREE MCQs by discipline, to our clinical revision guides for topic lists, and to the full-length mock exams used on mock days. The EMREE study guide explains the method behind every plan.
Printing and sharing
The PDFs are designed for printing. You may print them and share them with study partners for personal, non-commercial use. Please link to this page rather than re-hosting the files, so others always get the latest version. If we update a file, for example when a new blueprint is published, the version date on the PDF changes.
Official documents to download as well
Our PDFs are not a substitute for the official sources. We recommend downloading these directly from the exam board:
- EMREE Blueprint, Nov 2025 (PDF): the official weights, outline and reading list.
- Legacy sample questions, EMSTREX 2012 (PDF): an older paper showing the vignette style.
Check the exam board home page for current sitting dates and pass marks before you plan. The official blueprint is the document every one of our downloads is built on, so if it is ever updated, the official version takes precedence over our PDFs until we have revised them. The official site also hosts the FAQs and rules pages, which explain scoring, retakes, transcripts and exam-day conduct.
Keep your downloads current
Every resource on this site shows a last-verified date. If the exam board publishes a new blueprint or changes the exam format, we will update the PDFs and note the change. If you spot an error in any download, please tell us through our contact page; our editorial policy explains how corrections are handled. Using our downloads does not guarantee a pass.
We also welcome suggestions. If a format would help you study, such as a weekly planner for shift workers or a one-page summary of the competency weights, let us know and we will consider adding it to this page.
