These terms apply to your use of emreeexam.com, operated by the operator of emreeexam.com (“EMREE UAE”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. What we provide
EMREE UAE is an independent online preparation service for the Emirates Medical Residency Entrance Examination. EMREE UAE is an independent exam-preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by UAE University, NIHS, DoH, EHS or any UAE government examination authority. We cannot register you for the exam, influence results or residency selection, or guarantee that you will pass.
2. Educational content
Practice questions are original educational material. They are not past EMREE questions and do not represent the content of any specific sitting. Content is for exam preparation only and is not clinical advice; always follow current guidelines and local protocols in practice. Some questions are labelled “Pending medical review” until our review process is complete.
3. Accounts
Accounts are personal. Do not share your login. We may suspend accounts that show signs of sharing, scraping or automated access.
4. Plans and payment
Plans are one-time purchases giving access for the stated number of days from the moment payment is confirmed. They do not renew automatically. Prices are in AED and VAT is applied at checkout where applicable. Access is granted only after successful payment and is removed if a payment is refunded, reversed or fails.
5. Acceptable use
You may not copy, record, publish, sell or share questions, explanations or other content; use bots or scrapers; attempt to access answers outside the exam interface; or interfere with the service’s security.
6. Intellectual property
All content, the EMREE UAE name and logo, software and design belong to us or our licensors. Official exam documents linked from our site belong to their publishers.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but may need maintenance. We may update or retire questions to keep content accurate; your past results remain viewable with the version you answered.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including exam or residency outcomes.
9. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
